Return Policy

·         Do not return any Products without return authorization.

·         Only warranted items with authorization are subject to refund.

·         All Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable and a 10% restocking fee applies.

·         Security First Protective Services, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen equipment.

·         Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for 1 or 2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
